Offerings
I offer a few different kinds of services, some that might be familiar and some that might be new to you! If you have any questions about any services listed here please don't hesitate to reach out or book a free consultation to talk about whether a service might be what you're looking for.
Individual Therapy

I offer a relational approach to my counselling work, building a container for us to take a closer look at the stories you are telling about yourself and your life so that together we can gently let go of what no longer serves you and begin to build something solid and true to your values.
Relationship Therapy

Relationship counselling for all kinds of relationships! I want to create space for best friends, co-workers, and partners.
In relationship counselling my approach centres communication and connection, so that we can re-establish strong bonds and make sure that the foundation of the relationship is being tended to.
Progression Sessions

These sessions fall somewhere between counselling and coaching, where we will take a hands-on approach to a specific area of life where you are needing support in figuring out the next step you want to take. Maybe you want a career change, maybe you aren't sure about your major, maybe you don't know what the next phase of your life looks like and you need some help figuring out what lights you up. I love making a plan and helping you feel like you're coming out of a session with something concrete!
Check-in Sessions

These mini sessions serve as a chance to touch base without needing to book a full hour of counselling, this is a good place for a quick update, a check-in about homework, or to share some small reflections in between our deeper sessions.
Gender-Affirming Care

I am qualified to offer Hormone Readiness Assessments and select Surgical Readiness Assessments! Please book in for a consultation or individual session so that we can begin the process of getting you connected with gender affirming care.
Please be aware: It can take a number of sessions for us to complete these assessments, and this is just one step toward gender affirming care.
Walk and Talk Therapy

It's just like counselling, but outside! We can go for a walk during our session and get the benefit of nature while engaging in counselling.
Please note, this modality is only available for individual counselling (honestly, having a group of folks outside can get chaotic and I want to make sure everyone feels heard in sessions). For the safety of all involved we must first book a regular individual session so that we can make a plan for physical needs and preferences, and so that our first meeting is in a safe, regulated place.
Body Doubling

This is a method used by many neurodiverse individuals to get things done. By having someone else present alongside you, you are more able to stay focused and engaged with the tasks at hand. You can use body doubling for any hard task you want to tackle! No actual therapy will be taking place, just getting things done.
Art as Therapy (a work in progress)

As a long time artist and facilitator using the arts as a mode for self-connection I know all too well how the arts can be a place for self discovery. I also know that many individuals find that having a project to focus on during their session, or something to do with their hands while we talk can make it much easier to engage in sessions. I look forward to bringing art into sessions, please feel free to send me a message before an in-person session if you'd like to bring art into our work together!
Creative Retreats

Through my other company, Be With, I run creative retreats for individuals from age 14 and up, as well as hosting workshops, trainings, and many creative programs.
If you are interested in doing a deep dive, going to an arts camp, taking an empowering workshop, or figuring out how to bring the arts into your work we might be the place for you!
